2. Reservations

Reservations may be made via our website, by phone, or in person.

We ask that you arrive on time for your booking. Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation before being released.

Large parties (8 guests or more) may require a deposit, which will be applied toward the bill.

3. Online Ordering & Delivery

Orders placed through our website or third-party delivery platforms are subject to availability.

Prices, menu items, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Gratuity is not included in menu prices unless stated. Large parties may incur an automatic gratuity.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

For dine-in reservations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

For catering orders: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund of any deposit.

Refunds for takeout or delivery orders will be considered only in cases where food is incorrect, damaged, or unsafe to consume. Proof of issue may be required.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Alcohol Service

We comply with all applicable Florida laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol.

Guests must be 21 or older with valid identification to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.

8. Conduct

We aim to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Guests engaging in disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior may be asked to leave without refund.
